And here are a few of my favourite photos from the trip through out Thailand, Australia and Fiji.

Bonjour again

Hello beautiful people.

I'm back from my wonderful 10 months of travelling, I did plan to blog a lot more whilst travelling but this was a lot harder than expected as i was having far too much fun and getting to a computer wasn't such a big priority.
But i'm back now and am determined to keep up with blogging.

What i will add is that if you've ever thought about travelling before, you should just go for it, don't come up with excuses why you've not done it but instead say why the fuck not? It's been the most amazing, exhilarating, and confidence boosting experiences of my life. I've caught that travelling bug. There's so much of the world to see so get out there and experience it!

We ended up flying from Birmingham to Dubai for a little stop over and some luxury, then we flew to Bangkok and traveled all over Thailand for 7 weeks which was so beautiful, experiencing all parts, the hill tribes in the north, the gorgeous islands of the south and the hustle of the cities. We then flew to Sydney, Australia, traveled up the east coast from Sydney to Cairns, great road trip which I'd really recommend. We managed to find jobs in Sydney just after Christmas and got our own house share just outside the city. Sydney is such an amazing city, beautiful in every way. The harbour with the bridge and the opera house is just so stunning, there's always stuff going on and so many cafe's, restaurants, bars and cool places to hang out. Just like one of the best cities I've ever been to, and of course amazing weather and great beaches to enjoy it on!

On June 1st we left Sydney after a solid 6 months of living and experiencing this great city, we went to Fiji, staying on the mainland for a night and then doing a bit of Island hopping which was absolutely stunning! Has to be one of the most gorgeous places on earth. The people were so friendly and kind, another great travelling experience! Definitely recommend visiting Fiji! And after nearly 10 months of being away we finally flew back home. The most bitter sweet moment of my life.

More from the land of smiles

Some from the gorgeous koh Samui.

And on the flight to Australia for the next part of the adventure!

Thailand!

Such a beautiful place. We travelled all over Thailand, got to do a hill tribe trek in the north Chiang mai where we also got to ride elephants and be up close with baby tigers! such a good experience. We did Bangkok, experienced the crazy koh San road and witnessed a 'ping pong show' which I would not recommend! After we did a bit of island hopping including krabi, koh Samui, koh Tao, koh phangan and phi phi island. The islands were so beautiful, my favourite by far was phi phi island (where they filmed 'the beach' with Leonardo dicaprio) it really was as breathtaking as in the film, the night life was amazing there and although we stayed in awful accommodation (rats on the bed and monkeys waking you up in the morning on your doorstep!) it was a great week! Another good place was koh phangan where the infamous full moon party takes place, again the night life was amazing and the party itself was crazy! The night involved the cheap buckets of alcohol, magic mushroom shakes and a buzzing atmosphere of people. Thailand was such an amazing place that can cater to every type of holiday and budget imaginable, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

The monkeys that raided our balcony on phi phi island.

Bonjour

It's been a very long time since I posted anything but for the last 3 months I've been travelling. It's been amazing, Dubai then 2 months all over Thailand and for the last month I've been in Australia. Seen some amazing things (photos to follow) and now I'm ready to blog about them. I'm now living and working in Sydney, an amazing city with so much to offer.

Hello again

Again it's been a while since I last posted, but I have now graduated and have a degree in fine art! Also I'm excited to say I'll be leaving England on the 1st of October to travel Thailand & Australia with a quick stop in Dubai! Cannot wait! Here's a few photos from the last couple months including a few outfits, graduation and a holiday in turkey.

For graduation a finally got hold of the banana leaf jumpsuit from topshop, after trying on many dresses that didn't look right I decided to go for what suited me (I'm not very girly so dresses looked weird) it was one of the hottest days and I was melting in my gown but the jumpsuit is one of my favourite purchases still.
And of course being a trained nail tech I had to match my nails to my outfit!

We also took a little family trip to Istanbul where my dads family live, love this place and the weather was beaute!
Turkish tea is a favourite of mine!

A gorgeous week away and well deserved break in such a lovely country.
